Hi, I’m Karen

Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Art Therapist offering in-person sessions in North York and online across Ontario.

I work with adults who tend to think a lot and put pressure on themselves to get things right. Our conversations are organic - we start with what’s coming up for you that day and follow it where it needs to go. Along the way, we notice patterns, gain insight, make sense of what’s happening, and figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and where changes can be made. Together, we develop strategies to support those changes in ways that fit your life.
